Additional Hacking Information:
Below is a portion of the Hacking policy I helped write for
a school district in Pennsylvania. Each school district
has similar policies and the law is federal. These policies
hold up in a court of law as I have tracked down two hacking
cases for this school district and both resulted in successful
criminal prosecutions. In both cases, the students lost
their computer systems, had to pay for my services in tracking
them down, pay a hefty fine, pay court costs, pay lawyer fees,
have all computer activity physically watched for one year,
and do community service.
I have no tolerance of hackers.
